This is certainly not the level of comfort, care, or consistency that we strive to deliver, and I am truly sorry for the inconvenience you encountered.Your comments regarding stained bedding, insects from the drains, musty smells, and unclean fibers are matters we take extremely seriously. We have immediately shared these points with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams for thorough follow-up, and we are reinforcing our inspection standards to prevent such issues from recurring. In addiition, we also regret that the renovation information was not clearly reflected on the booking platform.
